At Pahari Goat 2.0, we proudly collaborated with FLY JAM (by Brooklyn Academy of Dance and Arts, BADA, Delhi) and Hypeskool to host the FLY JAM Pahari Edition; bringing the raw energy of Delhi underground hip-hop dance scene straight to the hills.

Hypeskool, known for its association with FLY JAM’s massive 2nd edition in 2021 (which drew over 600 dancers from across the country), partnered with Pahari Goat in 2023 to elevate the battle even further and help introduce the scene to local Himalayan audiences.

Over 35 top dancers from across India battled during the daytime across two intense days, judged by five elite experts and powered by DJ Infeels, MC Krome, and Nondual. After fierce eliminations to reach the Top 16, the finals delivered an electrifying showdown with Yuganshu taking the win in 1 vs 1 Popping, Buckstranger claiming victory in 7 to Smoke (Rep Your Style), and Jasika dominating the 1 vs 1 Hip Hop category.

More than just a dance battle, this was a cultural moment connecting Himalayan youth to the national stage, sparking creative exchange, and celebrating movement, identity, and amplifying the creative expression of the coming generation. It offered Himalayan youth a front-row seat (and a dance floor) in India’s evolving hip-hop and alternative scene.
